After several years of extensive testing we have
developed a range of kits for the Sapphire 4x4 Cosworth.
This conversion consists of our own chip, which contains
safety limits within the ECU for over boost protection
and spark retard with excessive charge air temperature.
This ensures the car will not over boost and cause engine
problems. A two stage boost control can be fitted if
require.

This conversion includes the above plus a slightly
higher flow fuel injector, which replaces the old
injectors, also the racing plugs are changed and a higher
air flow filter. We also check the cam belt as a matter
of course along with the oil and oil filter.

This conversion includes the above plus a garret
racing actuator, 3 bar map sensor. The atomisation caps
are modified and fuel pressure increased. A stainless
steel full exhaust system is a must for this conversion,
not included in price, it is available at an extra cost
of £395 supplied.

All the programming is done on the premises and
modified to suit each cars personality. We also keep the
engine protection levels in the programming, a 3 bar map
sensor, garret actuator, two stage boost control switch,
high flow fuel injectors, racing specification plugs,
high flow air filter and a full stainless steel exhaust
system are part of this kit to give you the 345bhp.
